Our Matcha
Our journey didn’t stop at oolong. As we shared our passion for fine Taiwanese teas, we began receiving growing demand for high-quality Japanese matcha.
In collaboration with a group of visionary baristas in Los Angeles, we set out to find the perfect matcha for a delicious latte. After countless trials, we discovered a beautifully balanced matcha from a tea farm in Kyoto, Japan—freshly harvested each season and ground to order.
And with that, the Barista’s Choice Series was born.
Crafted with exceptional strength and culinary versatility, our matcha is designed to accentuate rich tea flavors when paired with milk or other ingredients. Our mission is to bring authentic Japanese matcha into home kitchens, where everyone can enjoy a cup of delicately picked tea filled with uplifting energy and happiness.
To complement this, we also created a roasted version—our Barista’s Choice Hojicha. With chocolaty, toasty notes and a smooth, nutty finish, it brews into a comforting and flavorful hojicha latte.
