Roasted Oolong Tea Cookie
[ Ingredients ]
- Roasted Four Seasons Oolong Tea 1tbsp
- Cake Flour 100g
- Tapioca Starch 20g
- Cane Sugar 40g
- Oil 50g
- Baking Powder ½tsp
- Coconut Milk 20g (Optional)
- Vanilla Extract 1tsp (Optional)

- Coffee Grinder
[ Instructions ]
- Grind Roasted Four Seasons Oolong Tea into fine powder
- Place all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well with a spatula
- Roll into a cylinder shape
- Wrap dough with plastic wrap and chill in the freezer for 30 minutes
- Preheat oven to 350ºF
- Gently roll dough into a cylinder shape
- Slice the dough evenly into your desired thickness
- Bake for 15 minutes
- Set on cooling rack to cool
- Enjoy!
