Jasmine Green Tea Pancake
Servings: 4-6 Pancakes
[ Ingredients ]
- Cake Flour 70g
- Baking Powder 1tsp
- Jasmine Green Tea 1tbsp
- Egg 1
- Sugar 15g
- Salt 1g
- Milk 100g
- Melted Unsalted Butter 1tbsp
- Oil
[ Equipment ]
- Coffee Grinder
- Flour Sieve
- Frying/Crepe Pan
[ Instructions ]
- Grind Jasmine Green Tea into fine powder
- Mix egg and sugar in a bowl and beat well
- Add melted butter, milk, and salt to mixture and mix well
- Sift cake flour, baking powder, Jasmine Green Tea powder into mixture and mix well
- Spray oil into pan (Or add a moderate amount of oil on a paper towel and spread onto pan)
- On low heat, pour a moderate amount of batter into the center of the pan
- Cook for 1.5-2 minutes until bubbles start to appear
- Flip the pancake and cook for 1 minute
- Enjoy!
[ Tips ]
- For best results, flip pancakes only once
- Substitute Jasmine Green Tea Powder with Honey Black Tea Powder and make a delicious Black Tea Pancake
