Matcha Chocolate Cookie
Servings: 25 Cookies
[ Ingredients ]
- Melted Unsalted Butter 100g
- Brown Sugar 50g
- Egg 1
- All Purpose Flour 160g
- Barista's Choice Matcha Powder 2tbsp
- Baking Powder ½tsp
- White Chocolate Chip 40g
[ Instructions ]
- Beat egg in a small bowl and set aside
- Place butter and brown sugar in a large bowl and mix well
- Add the beaten egg to mixture and mix well
- Sift all purpose flour, Matcha Powder, and baking powder into the batter and mix well with a spatula
- Wrap dough with plastic wrap and cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
- Divide dough into 25 pieces
- Make it flat and place a few chocolate chips in the center
- Roll into a ball shape and gently press down to create a cookie shape of your desired thickness
- Preheat oven to 325ºF and bake for 15 minutes
- Set on cooling rack to cool
- Enjoy!
