[ Instructions ] 

  1. Place Matcha Powder into the Matcha Bowl
  2. Insert hot water 
  3. Whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until Matcha until no clumps are visible
  4. Place heavy whipping cream and sugar into a bowl and beat until it turns into a thick texture
  5. Pour Matcha concentrate inside and mix well
  6. Refrigerate for 15 minutes
  7. Serve on top of your favorite: pancakes, waffles, and etc

 

[ Tip ]

  • Warm up Matcha Bowl with hot water and soak whisk inside the bowl to soften the whisk for best whisking result. (Be sure to wipe it completely dry afterwards.)
  • Sifting the Matcha Powder prior to whisking can help prevent clumps in the drink.
  • Katakuchi Chawan (Spouted Matcha Bowl) works best for pouring without making a mess
