Matcha Cream (Dessert Topping)
[ Ingredients ]
- Barista's Choice Matcha Powder 3g
- Hot Water (180ºF)
- Heavy Whipping Cream 50g
- Sugar 10g
[ Equipment ]
- Matcha Bowl
- Matcha Whisk
- Sifter (Optional)
[ Instructions ]
- Place Matcha Powder into the Matcha Bowl
- Insert hot water
- Whisk vigorously in a zig-zag motion until Matcha until no clumps are visible
- Place heavy whipping cream and sugar into a bowl and beat until it turns into a thick texture
- Pour Matcha concentrate inside and mix well
- Refrigerate for 15 minutes
- Serve on top of your favorite: pancakes, waffles, and etc
[ Tip ]
- Warm up Matcha Bowl with hot water and soak whisk inside the bowl to soften the whisk for best whisking result. (Be sure to wipe it completely dry afterwards.)
- Sifting the Matcha Powder prior to whisking can help prevent clumps in the drink.
