This Spring, we had the privilege of helping out at this tea farm during the harvest. We witnessed the meticulous care that goes into every step of the tea-making process: from hand-picking the leaves early in the morning, to swiftly delivering them to the plantation for withering, and finally roasting them late into the night with precision. The unforgettable aroma of the tea farm stays with us, and it’s this dedication that inspires us to bring authentic high mountain oolong tea to you.
